At VNSNY, we view compliance as everyone’s responsibility. Our enterprise-wide focus on compliance enables us to operate effectively and compassionately as one of the nation’s leading health care organizations.
In addition to providing the highest-quality care and services to our patients and plan members, VNSNY is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and regulatory adherence. VNSNY’s Compliance Department ensures the VNSNY Providers and VNSNY CHOICE Health Plans adhere to all applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
We monitor potential risk areas. If we identify a potential issue, we report it directly to VNSNY’s Executive Team and our Board of Directors, and investigate the issue appropriately, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
The Compliance Department regularly updates our organization’s policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, and provides ongoing training to our employees and contractors.
