Demystifying Long-Term Care Insurance
Join VNSNY and other caregivers for “The Differences between Alzheimer's and dementia” a Twitter chat on Thursday, May 23 from 1-2 pm ET using hashtag #VNSNYchat.
Patrick Luib is the manager of clinical services for VNSNY CHOICE Health Plans. In this role, he provides clinical support to operations staff and oversees the clinical practice of its Nurse Practitioners. In 2010, Mr. Luib was a nominee for the Association for Community Affiliated Plans “Making A Difference” award for promoting continuity and quality of care by designing and implementing a transitional care pilot that was subsequently operationalized and spread throughout New York City in 2011. An advanced practice nurse and board certified geriatric nurse practitioner, Mr. Luib holds an MSN from Hunter College – the City University of New York and a BSN from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Moderating the chat this month is @alznyc, the Alzheimer's Association, New York City Chapter. Executive Vice President, Director of Programs & Services, Jed Levine, will be asking questions and joining the conversation.
