Lindsay Pyc, M.A., joined the Center for Home Care Policy and Research in July 2007.  Lindsay received a B.S. in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College in 2006 and graduated with distinction from Hofstra University in 2008 with a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  She is currently working on her doctorate degree in Applied Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University.  Lindsay is a Research Analyst for the Outcomes Initiative team and works on completing internal and grant-funded program evaluation projects.  She also works on promoting and expanding the utilization of data among company employees by means of the Outcomes Initiative Website.
