Amy McGuire, B.A., Research Analyst, first joined the Center for Home Care Policy and Research in August of 1998. After spending 2 years in Ireland, she rejoined the Center full-time in June of 2003. She is currently splitting her time between a Transitions project focused on improving the outcomes of heart failure patients through a hospital-home information exchange, and a Quality Improvement project to advance the home care quality agenda on a national scale. Ms. McGuire holds a B.A. in Sociology from Villanova University.
