Philip A. Jones (Phil), Informatics Analyst, joined the Center for Home Care Policy and Research in April 2008. Mr. Jones comes to the Center with over 10 years experience in the managed care field with such carriers as HIP of Greater New York as a Business Analyst and Oxford Health Plans as a Claims Project Analyst.
Mr. Jones earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix in April 2004.
