David Hoffner, B.Sc., Grants Accounting Specialist, joined the Center for Home Care Policy and Research in July 2000. He functions as a liaison between the Center and the VNSNY finance department. He also assists Center personnel with budgeting and billing matters. Prior to joining the center, he worked for The Jewish Association for Services for the Aged (JASA), a non-profit organization serving the elderly population of New York City. Mr. Hoffner holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
