VNS CHOICE offers three Medicare Advantage plans, one Managed Long Term Care plan, and one specialized plan, called Managed Long Term Care Plus, that combines the benefits of both. Each of our plans offers specific benefits to make it easy for you to select the plan that best meets your needs.
