How does it work? Members earn one “time credit” for every hour of assistance provided to another member. They can redeem their credits to receive services for themselves. A mother might cook for an elderly neighbor and receive tutoring for her kid. A teen might teach computer skills and receive a guitar lesson. Read more about the various services exchanged in the TimeBank. In addition to services, TimeBank members receive discounts from local, regional and online businesses.
Membership in the TimeBank is free and open to all. TimeBank members are kids, teenagers, parents, young adults and retirees.
How you participate in the TimeBank is up to you. You contribute what you want, when you can.
