At the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, we understand the issues people living in Brooklyn face every day. We know you live in the very real world of New York City and that is why we offer a wide range of services. From pediatrics to senior care, short-term interventions to long-term management, our skilled nurses, clinical professionals and home health aides have the medical expertise and compassion you need to live your best life possible.
At VNSNY, we have a long tradition serving the residents of Brooklyn, and we’re a part of the fabric of your community:

VNSNY can help make the transition from hospital to home as easy as possible, with no gaps in your care or treatment. We also accept referrals from every hospital in Brooklyn, and we have nurses on-site at many of them.
