Hospitalization
Whether your hospital stay is for surgery or an illness, you may require assistance when you arrive home. VNSNY’s after-hospital care is not just available following a hospital stay—you may need it after outpatient surgery or even after an office visit to the doctor.
Your VNSNY team can provide a range of coordinated care, including:
- Professional nursing services
- Wound care
- Physical and occupational therapy
- Help with daily living
- Household support
