Our Care Teams work together with the patient, family and the patient’s physician to: improve quality of life; relieve physical, emotional and spiritual distress; provide an individual plan of care; and give support to family members.

Where We Serve

End-of-life care from VNSNY is available in the home, in nursing homes, at our VNSNY Haven Hospice Specialty Care Unit in a separate wing of Bellevue Hospital and at the Shirley Goodman and Himan Brown Hospice Residence on the Upper East Side.
