VNSNY Photo History

VNS in the 20th Century

Here's a brief look, decade by decade, of the past century. While these photographs span many years one thing remains constant: a determination among each of the caregivers to promote the health and well-being of others. As you look at the photographs, it's easy to understand why, for more than a century, the Visiting Nurse Service of New York has been recognized as the gold standard of home health care.
