Cozi is a shared online organizer and mobile app. It helps manage the family schedule, organize shopping and to-do lists, plan meals and set reminders. Multiple users can access it to see schedules, jot notes or enter appointments and reminders. It allows users to assign tasks to others and send reminders, and it will text or email to-do lists or weekly agendas.

Expensify helps you manage your stream of expenses. It can also be used to track mileage. In short, you can get a completely documented view of all spending.
