VNSNY Employees: Employees of Visiting Nurse Service of New York attend all CE Courses free-of-charge.

VNSNY Employees: Employees can register for this course by going to the VNSNY Learning Center. To access the VNSNY Learning Center, please visit the VNSNY Intranet and click on the VNSNY Learning Center link for the single sign-on function. (Note: employees using secure.vnsny.org may need to reenter their network ID and password again when prompted.)

CE Credits: Visiting Nurse Service of New York is an approved provider of continuing education credit by the Alabama State Nurses Association, an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation, the New York State Education Department State Board for Physical Therapy, the American Occupational Therapy Association, and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. VNSNY is recognized as a Provider of Continuing Education for PT and PTA by the New York State Education Department State Board for Physical Therapy. Please see each event listing for more detailed information on credits.


Continuing Education contact hours are granted for designated and approved times ONLY. Attendees who arrive late or who chose to leave early for any approved CE event are not guaranteed ANY credit.
Cancellations: Our events are carefully planned, and while we understand that the unexpected does occur and guests need to sometimes cancel their participation, we ask that all cancellations be in writing or email. All cancelled or refunded registrations, except for complimentary events, will be assessed a $20 administrative fee. For cancellations received 14 or more days prior to the event, we provide a full refund less a $20 administrative fee. For cancellations received less than 14 days but more than three days prior to the event, we provide a full refund less a $35 administrative fee. No shows and cancellations received 72 hours and less prior to the event are not eligible for refund. VNSNY is not responsible for the refund of travel or hotel expenses under any circumstance.
Walk-Ins: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our events, walk-in registrations are not accepted.
No-Shows: Due to the nature of our events, we strongly encourage guests to please formally cancel their participation as indicated above if they cannot attend. We are required to record all "no-shows" and only permit attendance by "no-shows" at future events with special ticketing.
Payment: Registration is not officially complete until payment is received in full and you receive a confirmation email. If you would prefer to send a check, please indicate that in the appropriate field (check box) during registration. Please send a check made payable to Visiting Nurse Service of New York to:
