- Employees in full-time and regular part-time staff positions are covered under a pension plan. There is no cost to participate.
- Many employees are also eligible to participate in our Thrift Plan, an optional program that allows you to save up to 12% of your pay annually through after-tax payroll deductions.
- Employees also participate in our Tax-Sheltered Annuity (TSA) Program, which allows savings of $15,500 to $20,500 per year (depending upon your age) of your gross compensation. Plan contributions are tax-deferred. We offer five TSA plans in which you can invest.
