Orientation & Onboarding

Your VNSNY orientation begins with our Onboarding process – a year-long series of planned conversations and activities designed to:

- Help you get to know your colleagues;
- Learn about VNSNY as an organization and get to know your department;
- Receive guidance and assistance as you assume your new job responsibilities;
- Access a wide variety of resources; and
- Gather feedback.
Dedicated orientation instructors and staff development specialists, as well as managers and subject matter experts, are available as resources for you as you begin your employment with VNSNY.
