Providing care for the cognitively impaired older adult in the home health care setting can be challenging and requires current knowledge and special skills reflecting timely evidence-based practice and sensitivity to patient and family needs. 5.1 Continuing Nursing Education Contact Hours will be awarded to RNs who attend the entire program and submit an evaluation form.
